The MUSIC BOX is very easy and intuitive to use. The clearly designed control panel has colored buttons and clearly recognizable symbols for the individual functions. Music, audio books, recordings or other audio sources can each be selected with their own button.
In order to use all functions of the MUSIC BOX, a USB stick is required. To use the USB stick with the MUSIC BOX, you have to create three directories: “music” for music, “book” for radio plays and “recordings” for microphone recordings. For compatibility reasons, we recommend using audio files in MP3 format.

The scope of delivery includes the MUSIC BOX speaker box with the factory-installed black carrying handle, three additional carrying handles in different colors to choose from, self-adhesive silicone feet and a USB-C charging cable.
Follow the steps below to complete your order:
All products are shipped via DHL courier service from our warehouse in Germany.
Orders placed and paid for before 3:30pm will be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri).
The delivery times by courier service are usually:
– for shipments within Germany 1-3 working days,
– for shipments outside Germany 3-5 working days.
Setting the delivery date, redirecting the shipment to the pickup point and other delivery options are possible on the DHL website after entering the shipment number or by clicking the shipment tracking link on the dedicated order page.
Cancellation of an order is only possible if the order has not yet been processed and prepared for shipping. This is usually possible if the wish to cancel is expressed on the same day. Cancellation can be communicated by message on the order page or by email using the form on this page.

The invoice issued by our store is in digital form (PDF) and is sent to the customer to the email address specified in the order. Emails with invoices will be sent to the customer on the 3rd day after the goods are shipped.
This could be due to a defective or incorrectly or not formatted USB stick. Please check on the PC whether the USB stick works here. If necessary, reformat the stick and create the three folders “music” for music, “book” for audio books and “recordings” for your own recordings with the MUSIC BOX. Fill the “music” and “books” folders with appropriate content.
Please check whether the USB stick is formatted correctly (FAT file system) and whether the three required folders “music” for music, “book” for audio books and “recordings” for your own recordings are created correctly. Please make sure that appropriate audio content is stored in the “music” and “book” folders. Please also check whether the USB stick is firmly seated in the USB port or whether it has become loose.
The MUSIC BOX saves the exact position of the last audio track played when it is switched off, or the last track played when recording your own recordings. This takes a few seconds. If the MUSIC BOX is switched on again during this time, the MUSIC BOX may not be able to be switched on. In this case, please switch the MUSIC BOX off again, wait 2-3 seconds and then switch it on again.
To do this, three folders must be created on the USB stick: “music”, “book” and “recordings”. The contents of these folders are then accessed using the category buttons. A music file should therefore be copied to “music” and audio books to “book” in order to be assigned correctly. Recorded content is automatically stored in the “recordings” folder.
The new KidzAudio MUSIC BOX has a headphone output for standard stereo headphones with a 3.5mm jack connection. Playback is mono on both channels.
Playback of the MUSIC BOX only works via its built-in speaker. You can play a Bluetooth® source via the MUSIC BOX (this is the active speaker, i.e. the receiver). However, it does not work as a source for Bluetooth® headphones.
Other formats also work perfectly: FLAC, WMA and WAV, for example, are no problem.
The MUSIC BOX does not have an integrated storage medium. Die MUSIC BOX verfügt über kein integriertes Speichermedium. The MUSIC BOX stores the microphone recordings in this directory in MP3 format.
Please pay attention to the correct spelling of the folders to be created. The folder names must be written in all lowercase letters and the names must be exact: music, book, recordings.
The description in the operating instructions may be a bit technical here. A technician always prefaces a folder with a period and a backslash, but these characters must not appear in the folder name. The three folders only need to be named music, book and recordings.
